Austin International Poetry
Festival Anthology Launch Reading
Di-Verse-City,
the annual anthology of the Austin International Poetry Festival, has
selected Maggie's poem "Masale" for publication. Maggie will be one of
a list of anthology poets reading, including her writing group comadre
JoAnne Reyes-Boitel; former Actual Lives member Terri Hudson; Queer
Poets sister Cindy Huyser; as well as Lidice Aleman, Susan Bright, Chris
Cleo Creech, Nicholas Doroshell, Scott Frias, Christine Gilbert, Ken
Green, Ralph Hausser, Eileen Hugo, Ken Jones, Susanna Pastragus, Andrea
