EveryWoman's Self Defense

EveryWoman's Self Defense aims to provide every woman in the Austin, Texas area with crucial, life-saving self-defense information.

EveryWoman's Self Defense emphasizes self defense training for women with our monthly basic skills workshops. We reach thousands of girls between the ages of 6-16 thanks to our highly successful relationship with local Girl Scouts troups. Upon request, we offer special seminars for other target populations, including men, glbt and disabled clients.
